PORTUGUÊS | ESPAÑOL Project title Researches in Teaching and Learning of foreign languages under the intercultural perspective Abstract The number of researches in the area of Teaching and Learning of languages is increasing in Brazil, likewise the recognition that the process of academic internationalization should develop itself through the investment in teachers careers and in the wide opportunities of learning. With the aim to contribute to this area, this project seeks to improve the education of Professors, Masters and Doctoral Brazilian students that will develop projects jointly with German researchers to contribute largely to the area in Brazil through the academic-scientific exchange, the mobility, and both the realization of events and publications. The German researchers mentioned are internationally evident in their areas. Their theoretical-methodologies contributions will boost the researches in Brazil concerning the relation of the teaching of culture and language, teaching methodology, development of the printed and digital textbook material, and the use of new technologies. This present project joins actions between German and Brazilian higher education institutions that develop activities of researches and teaching in the area of education of language teachers, noticeably in the German language and Portuguese as foreign language. Through the existing partnerships whose work has a relevant academic impact between UERJ, the Universities of Friedrich Schiller-Jena and Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen, likewise how the Pädagogische Hochschule de Heidelberg and the Leuphana-Universität Lüneburg intend to go forward with varied activities that promote the exchange of knowledge and the development of future teachers of German language and Portuguese as foreign language. There are forecasted work missions for professors and students, realization of events in both countries, jointly publications, and professors in partner universities. O desafio compartilhado entre Estado e sociedade civil reside na elaboração de práticas de integração de refugiados nos contextos de trabalho e convívio social. Nessa direção, interessam a investigação de questões como a análise e a formação de coletivos de trabalho, a presença de estereótipos e estigmas nesses circuitos, a ampliação dos processos de formação para o trabalho são algumas das demandas já apresentadas ao grupo e seus reflexos na literatura e na filosofia. Considerando que poucos são os vínculos entre as ciências do trabalho e os estudos migratórios, a proposta de articulação aqui empreendida ressalta o caráter inovador das os pesquisadores que integram este projeto têm atuação em redes nacionais e internacionais de investigação nas interfaces linguagem/trabalho e literatura/filosofia e experiência em orientação, no âmbito do PPG Letras e Linguística, em dissertações e teses que versam sobre as referidas temáticas. Este projeto tem o objetivo de refletir sobre as relações entre a complexidade dos fluxos migratórios históricos e contemporâneos e as diferentes modalidades de inserção dos indivíduos no mundo do trabalho e universo intelectual. Para isso, o projeto propõe a aproximação teórica das ciências do trabalho e da ergologia com as discussões oriundas do campo das relações interculturais e das análises do discurso e das interações. O campo de análise e de intervenção se constituirá a partir da investigação conjunta dos processos migratórios voluntários e forçados e de seus efeitos nos sujeitos e nas comunidades de integração.
