Palimpsesto , ranked as level B4 CAPES/QUALIS will be receiving originals for its 2010/2 issue (Year 9, Volume 11) until 31/07/2010 .

We welcome unpublished originals written by graduate students, in all fields of literary, linguistic and cultural studies. Since the journal is an initiative of the students from the Programa de Pós-Graduação em Letras da UERJ, priority will be given to works by students currently enrolled in a Graduate Studies Program, although works by former students are also welcome.

The journal consists of four sections: Dossier (thematic part), Studies (generic part, which encompasses articles whose themes diverge from the one establish for the dossier), Reviews and Summaries of Theses and Dissertations. Originals will be submitted to a member of the “Conselho Consultivo,” formed by professors from this and other respected universities.

The theme for this issue's Dossier is “The Learning Process, Teaching (&) Languages,” according to the following description: language acquisition, first language teaching, foreign language teaching, indigenous language teaching, interculturality, new technologies, literacy, linguistic politics, grammar, linguistic variation.

All originals must be formatted according to the publication norms found on this website.
